Making a Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier.

Just browse through our products.

Add any items you wish to buy to the Cart.

After you have finished shopping click on "checkout".

You will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

Please make sure you fill in the boxes marked with an asterisk *.

We accept Visa and Mastercard.   For online ordering card details are used via our secure server. For offline they can be sent by phone (03) 381 1874, fax (03) 381 1874, or post 34a Patten St, Christchurch, New Zealand.  

For the offline ordering please use the link at the top of the page for the downloadable version of our order form if possible.   We do not charge for any item until just prior to dispatch.   If a product you order is not currently in stock we will inform you by phone or e-mail within 24hours or receiving your order, offering an alternative where applicable.   At no time will we send alternative goods or delay orders without notifying you first.

No order will be sent out until Payment details have been authorised and accepted, these measures help protect both parties from possible fraud, ensuring that the person using the card is entitled to do so.

At Garden Room Gifts we place high priority on your credit Card Security.     We contract to ASB CardPay to handle the epayments, with an integration through our ecommerce provider using Evanta's Cyberxpress Securepay 128bit SSL encryption.   Precautions are taken that there are no unencrypted interfaces used across the Internet for querying any of your details, and in normal circumstances with epayment your card details are not shown to us the vendor, as they are processed by Paymark ETSL for ASB and the outcome simply advised.  

        
Delivery Schedule

If goods are in stock orders will be despatched within 48hrs of receipt of order and after Card Authorisation has been received.

Canterbury and rest of South Island : Under 2kg $4.75   Over 2kg $6.00

North Island : Under 2kg $4.75   2-5kg $6   Over 5kg $7.75

Note: Courier time within South Island 1-2 working days
Courier time inter-island 2-3 working days

Whilst every effort is made to ensure safe delivery of goods within time stated,if you wish your order to arrive on / or just before a specific date please advise us when ordering or separately via e-mail. Reminder: S.I 1/2 working days. N.I 2/3 working days. Rural Delivery 1 working day extra.

Trade Descriptions Act - Every care has been taken to ensure that the colour descriptions, weights and measurements were correct when published. All Specification and Dimensions are approximate and whilst we have taken every effort to reproduct colour accurately, there may be some slight variations. Some products are made of Natural Fibre and/or are hand-made and may vary slightly in size, or colour from the product photographs displayed on the Web-site.

Breakages: All breakages or faulty goods received must be notified to Garden Room Gifts within 5 days of receiving. Goods that have been reported as broken/ faulty after this period will incure freight costs to the consumer. All replacements after this 5 day period will be at our , Garden Room Gifts descretion, and decided upon on an individual basis. All goods that have been wrongly ordered, within any time-frame,will incur an extra freight charge incurred by the consumer.
